The aioli dependency is currently only in the repository as the build js file. This pull request aims to better vendor this dependency by making it easier to find where the vendored code is.
In this initial version I add my repository with the vendored as an npm dependecy. Not sure if we should move this fork to the ieeta group or perhaps have the vendored code directly inside this repository.
