fix(mobile): show build numbers beside app versions

What Changed

Settings → About styal shows the installed native version and build number on Android and iOS, such as 1.3.0 (1), while retaining development and preview labels. The Android APK download row now appears directly below Version.

Why

Android APKs can share a version name while having different build numbers, so the old version label could not identify the installed release. Reading the installed binary with expo-application provides the build number EAS assigns remotely. The package is already a transitive dependency; the lockfile change only adds the direct mobile dependency.

Verification

• Android emulator: observed 1.3.0 (1) · Development; a synthetic release appeared directly below Version with its download size; removing the fixture hid the update row while retaining the version and build.
• Tapping the relocated update row opened Chrome. Chrome stalled during its first-run setup, so a completed APK download or installation was not verified.
• The adjacent Diagnostics screen opened and reported no startup crashes.
• All 39 tests in native-app-updates.test.ts and app-updates.test.ts pass. Mobile typecheck, targeted lint/format checks, and fork feature ledger validation pass.
• The development Android native fingerprint was unchanged when adding the direct dependency. iOS device behavior was not verified because this host has no iOS simulator.

UI Changes

Android screenshots use the same synthetic update fixture. The fixture was removed after verification.
