This PR removes the use of
OfaBuilder,OfaBiRelay, andOfaRelayinCosmosBuilder,CosmosBiRelay, andCosmosRelayin theibc-relayer-cosmoscrate. With that, the only remaining dependency inrelayer-cosmoson the one-for-all traits isOfaChain.
