Goal

This pull request adds the complete submission for Lab 11 — Decentralized Web Hosting with IPFS & 4EVERLAND.
It includes the required documentation, analysis, CIDs, and screenshots for both tasks.

Changes

• Added labs/submission11.md with:
  • IPFS node setup details (peers, bandwidth, node status)
  • CID for the test file
  • Local and public gateway verification
  • 4EVERLAND deployment information
  • Deployment screenshots and analysis
