The API endpoint for fetching PCK certificates is documented as 'subscription optional'. IOW it is valid to use this without presenting an API token. Add '--anonymous' / '-a' args to the pccsadmin 'cache' and 'fetch' commands to allow for bypassing the interactive API token prompts. Signed-off-by: Daniel P. Berrangé <[email protected]>
