[enhancements] Stock tracking enhancements

• Follow on to [enhancement] Stocktake updates #11257
• Enhancements for existing "stock tracking" functionality

Enhancements

• Display all stock tracking entries for a given part (including variants) on the part page
• Shows consolidated tracking entries for all stock items
• Allow tracking entries to persist even after the stock items have been deleted
• Adds extra filtering options to the stock tracking entries API

TODO

• Update / improve documentation around stock tracking
• Handle "orphaned" stock tracking entries (where stock item has been deleted) - potentially delete after specified period?
• Display "part" and "stock item" columns in the table
• Display "stock item deleted" for old items
• Add playwright testing (in particular, delete a stock item and check that tracking remains)
• Data migration for demo dataset - stock tracking part link demo-dataset#100
