- Remove redundant documentation files (AUTHORS, CONTRIBUTORS, SECURITY, etc.) and issue templates.
- Update README to point to organization-level standards for contributions.
- Refactor .gitattributes to use a whitelist approach for Composer exports.
- Migrate PHP-CS-Fixer configuration to the new IWFWeb coding standard namespace.
- Consolidate .editorconfig rules and refine GitHub workflow permissions.
