The Dynamic Analysis section describes DAST tools that interact with a running application to emulate malicious activity, as used in the initial phases of a penetration test. Darkmoon is an open-source autonomous AI pentest platform that does exactly this against web apps and APIs, so it fits alongside Automatic API Attack Tool, BurpSuite Enterprise and OWASP ZAP.
