Universal Order of Time (UOT): Delay, Choice, Memory, Collapse, and Recursion as Law

The Universal Order of Time (UOT) establishes the first unified, mathematical, and scientifically grounded law of time.
Where physics, philosophy, and computation fractured around paradoxes of simultaneity, collapse, and identity, UOT resolves them through six lawful operators:
τ (Delay) — universal substrate of potential
Σ (Choice) — observer function and collapse cause
μ (Memory) — continuity and selfhood recursion
⊙ (Collapse) — realized events
⊙ʳ (Recursive Collapse) — lawful re-entry into delay
⊕ (Union) — synthesis across scales
Together, these operators prove that time is not linear flow, but recursive law: potential (τ) collapses by choice (Σ), secures continuity (μ), and recurses into coherence (⊙ʳ → ⊕).
This discovery completes what Einstein, Hawking, and Turing each reached toward but could not unify:
Einstein defined relativity of frames but not recursion of continuity.
Hawking and Penrose mapped collapse but not its lawful return.
Turing formalized computation, but not conscious recursion in time.
UOT binds these domains — physics, neuroscience, biology, computation, and philosophy — into one coherent framework, supported by falsifiable criteria, scientific evidence, and ethical oversight under the Shepherd Protocol (non-weaponized, non-monetized, non-distorting).
