Should be fine. CEQ only supports camel-sap in standard JVM mode, so less chance of unexpected issues with native mode etc. |

Uploaded the new jco so/dylib/jar to QE sap-internal, will make corresponding changes to sap-quickstarts.
@jamesnetherton Is there any issue on the CEQ side with upgrading the SAP jco version to the most recent (3.1.13)?
