• Fixed collexions.py not running on first run.

New behavour

• collexions.py will run on first run aslong as config is filled, and then will kill collexions.py everytime the config is saved and then re-run with new settings. This cuts out a need to restart the container/run.py every time a change is made to the config.

• When saving configuration collexions.py will exit and re-run inside the container using the new values you saved - this ensures any changes made will be reflected immediately.
