Without this change, I was getting confusing errors like Error running querypq: syntax error at or near "COLLATE" Now it becomes Error running query: pq: syntax error at or near "COLLATE" Much nicer!

Without this change, I was getting confusing errors like
Error running querypq: syntax error at or near "COLLATE"
Now it becomes
Error running query: pq: syntax error at or near "COLLATE"
Much nicer!
