Set up docker in WSL2 on windows from scratch. A few workarounds for weird network issues that were sometimes popping up, but should be generic enough to possibly be useful to others.

This is all based on various tutorials and answers regarding these subjects, and I can't recall where each piece came from. If you know the source and would like an attribution added please let me know.
