Astro 5, starlight 0.31. Add starlight-tailwind and astro-vtbot for nicer styling. Once we start adding actual docs, we'll also want expressive-code-twoslash.
- Drop useless dependency on path - Move vite-plugin-dts to devDependencies. - Update other dependencies. Note: @lezer/common@1.2.3 fixes a bug we're working around, which breaks us. I'm just ignoring that update for now.
- Update ESLint - Fix lints - Update other dependencies - Properly externalize dependencies - Switch to ESM only, otherwise Vite complains - Make tsconfig stricter
