- use apache httpclient instead of URLConnection to download images - use peerId instead of userId to support communication in group mentions - remove club/public input query text when mentioned - add casting shortcuts - fix classes naming

This adds VK Channel support for our framework. Supported version 5.103+
The project doesn't build at this moment as we wait until vk-java-sdk releases a fix for 5.103+ api compatibility. See reference here VKCOM/vk-java-sdk#226
