docs: refresh Current status — Fit C lenses ADR-0036→0041 + geo engine #126

What

Refreshes the Current status in CLAUDE.md so it reflects what has merged on main since the doc last stopped at #122 (ADR-0035).

Changes (docs only)

• New status blockquote for the six Fit C, display-only advisory lenses on the MobilityDemand template (no lever, no J term, excluded from optimization):
  • RoadRisk (ADR-0036, feat(lens): RoadRisk — Vision Zero / KSI collision-history intelligence lens (ADR-0036) #123 — Vision Zero / KSI collision history, 2,036 real geocoded records)
  • Footfall (0037) + Road disruption (0038, feat(lens): two more Fit C lenses — Footfall + Road disruption (ADR-0037/0038) #124)
  • Enforcement (0039) + Bike-theft (0040) + Emergency (0041, feat(lens): three more Fit C lenses — Enforcement + Bike-theft + Emergency (ADR-0039/0040/0041) #125)
  • feat(ingest): offline geo-resolution engine + gazetteers (PR1, no lens) #126 — offline geo-resolution engine + gazetteers (PR1, no lens yet)
• Refreshed the live suite count 584 → 684 green / 1 skipped in the three current-state references (onboarding, status header, fresh-clone line). Mid-history per-session notes left as honest point-in-time records.

Verification

• make test → 684 passed, 1 skipped locally before commit.
• Docs-only; golden numbers, offline map, and the hallucination guard are unchanged.
