Consumer-side counterpart to photos-api's canonical-photo-service spec. Documents the endpoints climb-log consumes (/img, /api/photos, /api/photos/:id, /api/collections/:slug/photos, /api/people/:slug/photos), the alias-based identifier resolution and status/visibility model, the consumers that must move off the local photos table, the load-bearing mirror invariant for keeping /img relative during cutover, and the cutover/retirement sequence.
