Introduce vprogs-node-framework connecting the L1 bridge to the L2 scheduler. Pre-processes chain blocks on execution workers out of order and feeds results to the scheduler in sequence via async latches. Includes NodeVm trait, NodeApi for external queries, and NodeConfig. Implement NodeVm for VM in node/vm.
Use .data as default data directory to avoid accidental commits, add it to .gitignore, and add a --reset flag that removes the data directory on startup. Also switch CLI banner to Unicode box-drawing art and add a long_about description with config layering info.
