Fix CNAME file to get my domain to work with github pages. I've chang…

…ed DNS to not use an IP, but use a CNAME & forward the root domain to www.

Before I did this, I'd created an endless loop. :p

Ha, funny. I was sorting out my OS Bridge logins -> oh I should update my things that use MyOpenID -> I should update my site -> I should use aaronpk's IndieAuth -> not working -> oh it's because my github pages has an old IP...
