The target/ directory contains build artifacts that should not be tracked in version control. This was discovered during shell build script testing.
- Created ENVIRONMENT_SETUP.md with complete installation instructions - Documents all required dependencies (p7zip-full, aspell, pandoc, openjdk-8-jdk) - Includes verification steps and troubleshooting guide - Notes that p7zip-full is missing from GitHub workflow dependencies - Provides examples and expected output This documentation enables anyone to set up a proper build environment for the UBL shell build scripts.
