update ubl-2.5 to csd02 and parallel python build
Updated 11 mismatched row number references in UBL.xml appendix 4, section 3 (S-NAVIGATING-THE-UBL-DATA-MODEL) to match the actual row numbers in the UBL-Invoice model spreadsheet: - Period.Details: 1870 → 1880 (2 occurrences) - SupplierParty.Details: 2550 → 2570 - SupplierParty.Party: 2554 → 2574 - Party.Details: 1734 → 1744 (2 occurrences) - Party.PartyName: 1743 → 1753 - PartyName.Details: 1783 → 1793 - PartyName.Name: 1784 → 1794 - MonetaryTotal.Details: 1646 → 1656 - MonetaryTotal.Payable_Amount.Amount: 1657 → 1667 These corrections resolve the consistency check errors during the build process for UBL-2.5-csd02.
