Due to a previous tweak in Transaction.fromHex, a specific test was failing, with this fix, the noStrict parameter is always optional and defaults to false, so whenever it has to be true, it must be explicitly declared.
Add support for optional 'noStrict' parameter in Transaction.fromBuffer
I was trying it and it didn't work. Turns out it is .fromSeed(seed) as it's used in example dart file.
