Lines in "Malnutrition" Health Outcomes don't appear

If you add the "Malnutrition" Risk factor to the visualization, along with another variable (I have Protein Energy Malnutrition), the connecting lines for the health outcomes are missing. Oddly, this does not happen if Malnutrition is the only variable in the visualization. It also does not happen if Malnutrition is the only variable selected from the drop down menu, but there are other variables from growth and development and neurodevelopment selected.

Updating to include other variables that show this behavior:
Leukemia and other neoplasms, rickets, Environmental exposures (e.g. smoke, other respiratory irritants), Environmental exposures (e.g. indoor smoke pollution), Environmental exposures (e.g. thalidomide, alcohol), home visits by a skilled health worker, smoking cessation programs, smoking cessation programs (e.g. parental), serial measures of cervical length

This may just be an issue of how they are ordered when multiple events are on the screen. I am happy to test more, but hoping it's one type of coding error that is causing this across multiple variables.
