As promised, I extended the chair's guide with a section on how to handle revisions in HotCRP.
Please check the process again and especially that I set the hyperlinks correctly, and let me know if changes are needed.
PS: The source file
h_chairsguide.phpin the git does not seem to be up-to-date with the deployed version at hotcrp.com since the paragraph starting with "PC members can normally view all complete submissions." does not exist in this file, but it does exist in the chair's guide on hotcrp.com.
