Updated from RN 0.66 to RN 0.72

There are some tests that we have had to skipped as we were unable to get them passing.

iOS CI/CD will need to be configured as we have no access to the iOS app store to try it out.

Changes made to import aliases as they would not work on our side, only @skolplattformen/api works.

Changes made to release.yml to cd into skolplattformen-app and run lints and tests that way instead of using NX
