As part of the unit test coverage effort, here is a unit test of the only function in ibmz.go that can be covered outside the planned cloud provider API/functionality integration test.
This is a simple test that checks that s390 host configuration fields are filled, checked and corrected to better values properly - default values where they're needed, correct fields in the correct place etc.
