Add defined pullup for GPIO

There seem to be no pull-up or pull-down defined for the GPIO pin.
Also added a defined flank trigger.

Also, this repo is dead. The author is unresponsive.

Great! Thanks for the notification. I had problem with Filament Sensor Simplified because it resent the M600-code over and over again. The Filament Sensor Reloaded looked nice with settings and UI-indicator, but it only sent M600 50% of the times I triggered it. My change to this “old” Filament Sensor Reloaded did not really work. Third try was Filament Sensor NG and that actually worked well. No longer maintained, but one should not under estimate not touching something that works :) I will try your version and see what I prefer. Regards, Niclas
