Here's a screenshot of the results (left new results, right old results):

vanillajs was 0.4 slower in this incremental runs than in the last full run, so maybe the slow down for viewfly is due to my system being slower (see #1721 for more information. In this case I rebooted and deactivated wifi, but vanillajs still performed slower than in the full run). We'll see it clearer in the full run for chrome 130.
