• Each test execution row in the PR panel now shows how long ago it ran ("10 minutes ago") instead of the status word; the status icon already shows the status, and the exact time and status are on hover. This matches the workflow rows in the repository panel's status popovers.
• The status stays readable without hovering: screen readers get it before the time on every row, and it is shown visibly ("running · 2 minutes ago") for statuses whose icon is not unique. The workflow rows in the status popovers use the same helper.
• The same applies to the test popover of the Recent pull requests list on the repository page, which lists the same executions.
• Times come from the event data the extension already fetches (finishedAt, else scheduledAt for runs still in progress): no extra requests.
• README and STORE_LISTING mention the times.

Independent of #16. Both edit nearby README and STORE_LISTING lines, so whichever merges second may need a small rebase.

The latest Greptile summary reviewed 19d3e37, the head before this branch was rebased onto main after #16 merged. That commit predates #16's PRIVACY.md and STORE_LISTING.md disclosure updates, so compared with today's main it looked like it removed them. The current head (e08c7db) doesn't touch PRIVACY.md, and STORE_LISTING.md keeps the metadata and github.com disclosures; its only change there is the "with when it ran" wording.
