[WIP][Security] Regenerate lock file to get all dependency updates.

WIP: This is just a draft to check the status of the version updates. When PR checks will be green, it will be ready for review and moved out of the draft state.

This regenerates lock file to bring in all possible dependency updates. That brings in some new major versions of dependencies, which forced also this set of changes:

• Change of json plugin for prettier - now prettier-plugin-packagejson is used. Because of this the order of elements in package.json files is different (therefore changes in all package.json files in this PR), however the content is the same.
• patches/karma-firefox-launcher is no longer needed and is removed. Other patches are moved to patch the newer versions of the dependencies.
• minor other code changes

Based on IBM Bob analysis, this should fix 57 Dependabot alerts.
