Replace Dependabot with Renovate for dependency management. Benefits: - Custom regex managers for tracking Docker images in Maven properties - Dependency dashboard for centralized update visibility - Better grouping and auto-merge capabilities - Integrated vulnerability alerts Configuration preserves existing Dependabot behavior: - Same schedule (Monday 9am UTC) - Same dependency grouping (Quarkus, test-deps, workflow) - Same commit message format (chore(deps):, chore(ci):) - Same PR labels
