- removed old unused entries (generic) - reworded practically every description to be more descriptive - added missing descriptions - reordered to match the default .env file - remove some duplicate entries - corrected a few defaults

I removed any deprecated or duplicate entries, updated the existing descriptions to be more descriptive and added any that were missing, re-ordered to match the default .env file provided by LanCache, and overall made everything a lot more cohesive.
I don't have a test environment setup to validate this PR.
