数据库操作，添加了一个public方法用于删除指定ip的文章和评论 aboutus.jsp页面添加了一个按钮，按下后删除本机ip对应的所有文章与评论 用的oaps是吴钟富的版本
修复了DB.java文件中的一个数据库连接的bug；添加了在Master.jsp页面可以删去指定IP用户的所有记录。 以及当用户选择删除本机Ip记录时会在控制台显示相关信息。
