Currently, a user cannot scroll up in a conversation while an AI response is streaming and the
conversation.tsxcomponent automatically scrolls to the bottom on every new chunk, regardless of the users' scroll state.This PR fixes that and lets a user manually scroll up in a conversation whilst a response is streaming, like in other AI chat apps.
