This PR is a test of the docs-builder changelog add and docs-builder changelog bundle commands.
In particular, it contains output files generated with the following fixes and enhancements applied elastic/docs-builder#2485 and elastic/docs-builder#2481
It builds on #2 just to re-use the existing configuration file.
