- added vscode project settings folder to git ignore
- added endpoint=False to linspace on line 24 of example 8 to remove duplicated coil at phi = 2*pi
- edited examples 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 to add B field contributions from individual loops before taking norm. in example 8 figure 2, moved plot to middle of y axis and removed plot y limits
