This PR refreshes the meta-package README and bumps the bundled lp-tactic pin. It updates the Lean badge to 4.31.0-rc1, adds a Benchmarks pointer to
kim-em/soplex-benchmark, and bumps the lp-tactic pin 8dffd4f to d60829e (a README-only commit on lp-tactic main that documents the carrier-parametrized support). The lp-tactic source is unchanged, so this is a documentation and pin refresh; CI exercises the full five-lane build.🤖 Prepared with Claude Code
