This PR aims to update the frequencies of the LCCC positions as per AIP Cyprus AIRAC AMDT 002/26 for 2605. The changes only affect the frequency channels used by the positions, the actual sectors each position covers are the same. This update is also planned to be reflected in the LCCC Sector File with the 2605 release.
