Can the database importing process be limitted regarding CPU usage?

Hello, could please Rats Search be made not to overload CPU during database import from peer? The overload happened when the status bar shown "Importing database: ...... / 759917"
the step was 500 records

Maybe by limiting number of CPU threads used (lets say 1/3 of available threads) or lowest CPU priority?
