feat: create status page [42]

Create a status page where we show system/deployment status

Description

• Create Status page using hook errors from useFetchMetas and useFetchBalance
• Add param to useFetchMetas and useFetchBalance to not show error on status page
• Create unit tests
• Add Dashboard and Status links to footer

• Why can't we access the status page while not logged in?
• The page will show "All Systems Operational" even if I don't have a backend running.

Out of curiosity, did you investigate the tools mentioned in #42? If so, what is the outcome?

As far as i was able to discern, useFetchMetas requires an address which comes from the logged in Web3Auth user. I'm open to another approach.

Good catch, I'll have to see why this is the case.

Out of curiosity, did you investigate the tools mentioned in #42? If so, what is the outcome?

I did briefly, it wasn't clear to me how we would implement these tools with this project.
