Port upstream commit 6181d24e212a53f8be132e23eea77bcc1607b9c9. - Adapt CVE-2026-75131.patch to the 1.20.20 base: drop the
NM_L2TP_KEY_IPCP_PEER_IP validation and priv->tmp_file_paths tracking,
which do not exist in 1.20.20, to fix the OBS build failure.
