growth marketer · endlessly curious · learning to build with AI
I'm a growth marketer, not an engineer, and I've come to believe you don't need to be one. Learning to use AI, plus the basics of how tech actually works, quietly makes you better at almost any job.
Because somewhere along the way, AI removed the wall between "I have an idea" and "I made the thing." The tools got good enough that curiosity became the only real prerequisite, and mine doesn't really switch off. I get nerd-sniped by too many things at once, and lately I keep saying yes to all of them.
So I started building. Small tools, mostly with AI, to solve my own problems and to see how far that curiosity could actually take me. Honestly, it's the most fun I've had learning anything in years.
This is my playground. Still figuring most of it out, rough edges included.
"Embrace what you don't know, especially in the beginning, because what you don't know can become your greatest asset."

A few small tools I made for myself, then figured I'd keep out in the open:
youtube-to-notes: drop a YouTube link, get a clean summary doc. I watch too many talks and remember too few.personal-crm: a lightweight CRM for my whole network. A network you can't remember isn't really one.growth-toolkit: the calculators and canvases I actually use at work: CAC, payback, funnel math.- lorenzomonteleone.com: my own corner of the internet. Maybe a simple thing, but I'm proud of it.

🤔 wait, you build without being a developer?
Pretty much. And honestly, it's the part I'm most excited about right now.
For years I had ideas I couldn't build. Now I can finally act on the curiosity: build the thing I'm picturing, jump between problems, and put my creative side and my analytical side in the same place. That urge to actually make things is loud, and this is the first time I've had a real outlet for it. It's a big part of why AI and this whole world are giving me so much.
But I don't want to stop at the surface. Vibe coding gets me a working prototype; understanding the fundamentals is what turns it into something real. So that's where I'm pointing my energy next: going deeper, learning the basics properly, not just shipping and hoping it holds.
