Codegen scaffold. A LOT of assumptions/shortcuts but it talks to SQS.

Test script in main.lua

runtime:

• json.lua copied from Empty object encodes as array rxi/json.lua#23
• test script creates an http client adapter using https://github.com/daurnimator/lua-http (installed via luarocks)
• sigv4 / sha256 / hmac written by me following public docs and wikipedia
