How to code parallel stuff in C/C++ using MPI with CLion on Windows

You need Cygwin or MinGW

CLion is new IDE from JetBrains like well known IntelliJ IDEA (or PhpStorm/PyCharm/...)
MPI is Message Passing Interface - a standardized and portable message-passing system designed by a group of researchers from academia and industry to function on a wide variety of parallel computers. Says Wiki.
