Agent-friendly CLI wrapper for the Godot 4.x game engine. Drives scene files, runs GDScript headlessly, exports projects, inspects the engine API — all from one
cli-anything-godotbinary that LLMs and humans can call.
Built on top of the HKUDS/CLI-Anything harness pattern. Works on macOS, Linux, and Windows.
git clone https://github.com/lxistired/cli-anything-godot.git
cd cli-anything-godot
pip install -e .Then install Godot 4.6+ and make sure godot is on PATH:
- macOS:
brew install --cask godot - Windows:
winget install GodotEngine.GodotEngine - Linux: download AppImage / tar.xz, add to PATH
Verify:
cli-anything-godot engine infoCopy cli_anything/godot/skills/SKILL.md to your Claude skills directory so the agent auto-discovers it:
- macOS / Linux:
~/.claude/skills/cli-anything-godot/SKILL.md - Windows:
%USERPROFILE%\.claude\skills\cli-anything-godot\SKILL.md
Any Claude session in a Godot project will then use the CLI instead of poking at .tscn/.gd files by hand.

No subcommand drops into an interactive REPL with history + completion:
cli-anything-godot --project mygame
> scene info main.tscn
> script inline -c 'print("hi")'
