py-cherrypy: remove outdated port #27840

This port only has the EOL python 38. Previous attempts to update to newer versions and add newer python versions was very time consuming due to complexity. By removing this, other ports can remove python 38. The homepage is invalid now - use https://pypi.org/project/CherryPy/

The port has dependents and can this not be directly removed; see https://ports.macports.org/port/py38-cherrypy/details/.

I think last time I looked at it the "salt" port is the main one. That should, of course, be updated and use a modern Python. But that wasn't straightforward and I didn't have time to spend on it.

Ah thanks, I missed that. I already spent too much time on this port and I'm not going to try to update python or versions again. :-(
