I think it's fair to remove balance of 0x00... of the total supply. Did this PR without really looking into it, might need to add and import BN lib :D have a great weekend!

Thanks! Maybe we could make this more generic, with a set of known burn addresses, and make it optional with a flag. |

Another known burn address is 0x000000000....dead from ENS. |
