Setting up the boilerplate and checking if the necessary crates compile to Wasm without actually doing the integration into any editors or authoring the dashboard. Differential Dataflow seemingly compiles to Wasm, but CaDiCaL of course doesn't. This is waiting on #109 to get done.
I'll do the rest of the boilerplate and track the development of browser-local development separately. It may be possible to run the backend in the browser directly even without a fancy dashboard as an intermediate step.
