feat(loom): route new sessions by repository - #411

- Add a repo placement selector that matches GitHub owner/name slugs and worktree roots. - Apply the repo rule after profile and origin so existing placement defaults still win. Route new sessions for a repository into a group: ```sh # Find the group id you want sessions to land in. loom sessions layout show # Match by GitHub owner/name slug. loom sessions layout default-set repo wmoss/loom --to group-abc123 ```
