Yes, I did a lot of trial and error. I went through the slides and finally ended up with the code I'm submitting.

Were there any challenges? If so, what issue(s) did you face? How did you overcome it?

Yes, by revisiting my notes, the live code and the slides.

How were these changes tested?

Directly in Python.

Good! One note for improvement would be to simplify your conditional logic. Since sorted word a == sorted word b is already a Boolean, you do not need to explicitly check return True or False.
